WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform these 3 exercises for 5 minutes without any rest.

1. Total Body Extensions – 20 reps
2. Push-ups – 6 reps
3. Lunge jumps – 6 per side

Do NOT rest. Repeat as many times as possible in 5 minutes.
