Perform the following circuit in order. Do not rest. Repeat the circuit 1 more time for 2 total rounds.

1. Prisoner Squat – 30 seconds
2. Jump Squats – 30 seconds
3. Sprinter Starts – 30 seconds – right leg
4. Sprinter Starts – 30 seconds – left leg
