Thanksgiver 2.0 Workout

This is the big day…

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American friendz!

And Happy 3-NFL-Games-on-Today to everyone else!

Have a great workout wherever you are using the Home Workout Revolution no-equipment solution or TT 2.0 or the TT Therm-30 plan.

Today at the Joel Marion garage gym, we did…

“The ThanksGiver 2.0“…

1A) PowerBlock Presses – 4 x 8 (great investment for a home gym)
1B) KB Reverse Lunges – 4×10 (KB’s are another great home gym tool)
2A) Pushup Rest-Pause – 3 x failure
2B) PowerBlock 1-Arm Rows – 3 x 12 +++ final set drop-set
3A) PowerBlock RDL – 4 x 10
3B) Ab Wheel Rollouts – , and Powerblock RDL’s. Awesome times!

For muscle growth, I aim to get 40 quality reps per muscle group. For fat loss 3 sets of 8 is enough.

After our workout we went out and sat on his dock here in St. Pete and talked about life, kids, travel, prayer and reflection time, taking work breaks, his SuperBowl Party, the Miami Heat (Joel has season’s tickets), and his big 2014 plans. It was a real great moment that I will have gratitude for today.

Make sure you take time to really appreciate everyone and everything that you have … I certainly will be having gratitude for you!
