Hey, let’s wish my sister a Happy Birthday!

She’s 39 and holding… again. Ha!

And so to celebrate, here’s her gift.

The 39th Birthday Workout – 10-Minute Fat Burner

– Do each exercise for 39 seconds and rest for 21 seconds before the next one.
– Rest one minute at the end of the circuit and repeat one more time.

1) Goblet Squat
2) KB Swing or Total Body Extension
3) Pushup
4) Prisoner Lunges
5) Spiderman Climb
6) Glute-Bridge Hold
7) Punisher Squat (Do squats for 39 secs and hold the bottom position for 21 secs)
8) Close-Grip Pushups or Pushup Plank Hold
9) Rocking Plank
10) Burpday Burpees! LOL!

PS – Last year…

…my sister won “TT Client of the Year” at my annual fitness seminar.

You see, my sister was never really “into” exercise…but then in her mid-30’s she tried it, and she liked it. Surprisingly, she really liked kettlebell classes. And she made a great transformation. That’s why I gave her the award.

But this year’s “Client of the Year” award is still up for grabs.

And this year’s event is being held in Westminster, Colorado (just outside of Denver) on Friday and Saturday, June 3-4th. I’d love to see you there… and maybe YOU would win TT Client of the Year. Who knows!
