Evil Burpee Metabolic Finisher

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit 4 times, resting for 20 seconds after each circuit.

1. Burpee/Spiderman Pushup Combo – 20 secs
2. Squat Thrust – 20 secs
3. Burpee/Sprint Combo – 20 secs

Rest 20 seconds and repeat 3 times for a total of 4 rounds.
