1. Bodysaw Crusher – 20 reps
2. Alternating Reverse Twist Lunge – 20 reps (10/side)
3. Burpee Mountain Spider – 20 reps
4. Side Plank – 45 seconds/side

Rest for 45 seconds and repeat 1 time for 2 total rounds
