WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Rest only where needed.

1. Pike Pushup – 12 reps
Repeat for 3 rounds

2. Shoulder-Touch Pushup – 12 reps/side
Repeat for 3 rounds

3. Superman Pushup – 12 reps/side
Repeat for 3 rounds
