Why this 45-year old mother of 5 is my hero (Pics inside)

Today I want to you to meet one of my heroes.

Her name is Shawn Stevens, and like you, her life has been filled with ups and downs. Today she is a hero to America’s 9th fattest state (and to me), but there was a time when she was a stressed-out mom working two jobs to make ends meet. Depressed, she turned to more food and alcohol as a coping mechanism. Soon she was overweight and embarrassed, desperately in need of a physical and mental transformation.

Shawn knew she had to make changes. She began exercising and had quick results. This was her turning point…or so she thought. But then her oldest son got deployed to Afghanistan and she slipped back into old habits, turning to fast food and beer for comfort.

At this point most people would have thrown in the towel and quit. But not Shawn, as you’ll see in the picture below. She was determined to make something of herself. She started using Turbulence Training, implementing my short workouts into her daily routine. She loved the daily challenges and the feeling of accomplishment they gave her. She also improved her diet, favoring real food over the processed junk made by big, greedy food corporations.

In just a few short weeks Shawn looked and felt like different person. Not only had she transformed her body and her life, she was inspiring others around her to change their lives.

Seeing her friends and family improve their health and lose weight by following her example encouraged Shawn to become a personal trainer and earn some extra money at night.

That started her path to becoming a fat loss hero in her hometown. She attended one of my seminars to get certified in Turbulence Training. Today she helps her clients transform their bodies at her exclusive personal training studio in Michigan (the 9th fattest state in America according to a recent poll).

Shawn is the definition of a Hometown Fitness Hero.  She’s helping the people in her community lose weight, regain their energy, and regain control of their lives. And she’ll be at the 2015 TT Summit on June 5th and 6th in San Diego.

“Attending the TT Summit last year was a major turning point in my life,” Shawn said. “The expert speakers showed me how to help more people, attract more clients, and get faster results from my workouts. Plus, the love and energy in the crowd made me feel as if I was spending time with my family. The support and community provided by other TT Trainers is the biggest benefit of getting the Turbulence Training Certification.”

Shawn’s story inspires me. Every morning I look forward to reading her daily business and health transformation updates on the TT member’s website. She’s come a long way and has an amazing career ahead of her in the fitness industry. Like most people, Shawn has gone through many painful trials and tribulations. But as all great heroes do, she persevered and is changing lives every day.

She’s the fitness hero in her hometown. And you can be the fitness hero in your hometown, too. Whether you are looking to do your own transformation, or if you want to help others lose weight, or even if you already own multiple bootcamps, joining Shawn and I at the TT Summit will change your life.

Please accept my personal invitation to attend the 5th TT Summit and my 40th birthday party.
