These mellow flowing movements provide a nice gentle way to wake up, ease the discomfort of stiffness when you first wake up and get the blood pumping to your brain.

  1. Mountain Pose – exhale
  2. Extended Mountain Pose – inhale
  3. Forward Fold – exhale
  4. Low Lunge – inhale
  5. Downward Facing Dog – exhale
  6. High Plank to Chaturanga – inhale to exhale
  7. Cobra – inhale
  8. Downward Facing Dog – exhale
  9. Low Lunge (opposite foot forward) – inhale
  10. Forward Fold – exhale
  11. Extended Mountain Pose – inhale
  12. Mountain Pose – exhale
