The iPhone of Weight Loss Exercise – Why 4-Minutes of Weird Exercise is 7 Times Better than Cardio

There’s a little known warning that Apple wants every iPhone user to know:

“A drained battery could become incapable of ever holding a charge again.”

That means if you let your phone wear out, it could be dead – permanently. Even if it’s a brand new iPhone6!

The solution?

Never completely wear down your iPhone battery.

And that’s the same rule you should follow with your body.

Two Types of Exercise NEVER to Do

You should never do exercise that drains your body. There are two types of workouts that do this. The first is extreme hard-core Crossfit training, and the second is long, slow, boring cardio.

Crossfit and Cardio cause many negative side effects. They both wear your body down leading to overuse injuries like bad hips, bum knees, and torn muscles. And both workouts take way too much time and often require expensive equipment.

Now you might think that the worst part about doing cardio is that it’s really boring, or that it requires using filthy, never-cleaned machines at your local gym that are breeding grounds for all types of disease.

But the worst side effect of cardio is that it leaves you as hungry as a teenage boy before dinner. Research from the British Journal of Medicine found cardio caused women to eat an extra 300 calories per day.

The ‘draining effect’ of long cardio gives you a ravenous appetite, and causes you to do equally long bouts of eating while standing in front of the fridge. We all know how easy it is to eat 1,000 calories in just minutes. That’s why you GAIN weight when you do cardio for weight loss. The negatives of cardio-induced binge eating outweigh the benefits of doing a 60-minute workout.

Now you see why cardio beats up your body and makes your belly bigger.

The Surprising Solution to Boosting Your Metabolic “Battery”

The answer to the ‘draining’ problem for your iPhone and weight loss goal is known as Bursting.

With your iPhone, you should use – and then charge – your phone in short bursts so that the battery never fully drains until being ‘dead’.

And when it comes to weight loss, you should do short, burst exercises that cause a BOOST in your metabolism and a DECREASE in your appetite so that you’re not starving all afternoon while waiting for dinner.

Surprisingly, the biggest benefits from burst exercise happen after your workout, and in 2001, leading exercise scientists coined the phrases Turbulence and Afterburn to explain the post-exercise fat-burning power of bursting.

Turbulence refers to the impact on your muscles from burst exercises. Afterburn results from Turbulence and results in what scientists call EPOC, or what we refer to as post-exercise calorie burning.

Research shows that your body will burn hundreds of extra calories after a short, burst exercise session (but unfortunately you get practically no post-exercise calorie burning boost from draining cardio).

Short burst exercise also boosts your body’s battery, giving you more all-day energy to deal with work, cooking dinner, and taking care of your kiddos. Burst exercise truly is the all-in-one solution for losing weight, looking good, and feeling great.

Burst workouts also improve your fitness just as much as traditional cardio. In fact, one groundbreaking study discovered that just 4-minutes of short, burst exercises gives you the same fitness results as 30 minutes of jogging. That means burst exercise is 7x’s more effective than draining cardio workouts.

How can this be?

The Most Important Number in Your Workout

Most people focus on the wrong statistics when they exercise. They count steps. They monitor their heart rate. They obsess over the calorie counters on machines. But those numbers are useless. Worse, Shape magazine reported that cardio machines can overestimate the number of calories burned by up to 42%!

When it comes to weight loss, the only number you need to focus on is Intensity Level. You should be exercising at a 9 out of 10 intensity level during your short bursts, and then recovering at a 3 out of 10 intensity level. Follow that rule and keep your workouts to 10 minutes or less, and your body will burn fat all day long without draining your ‘battery’ or wearing out your body.

Now that you’ve saved yourself 20 minutes or more by dropping draining cardio from your routine, you’ll have time to fit in targeted exercise training for your trouble spots. In the videos we’ll show you exactly what exercise combinations to use to target your butt, thighs, abs, and arms.

In Summary…

So you see, just as you knew all along, those draining sessions don’t work and cost you a pricey membership fee. Cardio leaves you tired, beat up, and worn down.

But the mainstream fitness magazines kept telling you to do more and more cardio for weight loss and it was hard to argue with them. The fitness industry brainwashed us all. This even happened to me when I was getting started in the fitness industry. As a young, naïve student, I did too much cardio and became skinny-fat. It wasn’t until I became a personal trainer and switched to burst exercise that I got my sexy abs.

That’s why it’s NOT your fault if you’ve struggled to lose weight with cardio.

But listen, if you’re still trying to lose weight with cardio, it’s just never going to work. Cardio hurts your hormones, stalls your fat burning, and even causes weight gain. The long workouts leave you hungry. They make you overeat. They deteriorate your joints. And they bore you to tears.

Let us explain EXACTLY what you need to do to lose weight while kicking boring cardio to the curb for good, and with it, joint pain and weight loss plateaus…all without leaving the comfort of your own home. Get ready to welcome fast results with fun, short, motivating, and even addictive little burst exercises that you can do – and will want to do – every morning to boost your metabolism and accelerate fat-burning all day long – even while you sleep.
