The BEST Way to Exercise in 11 Minutes or Less

When it comes to your workouts, I’m always right. I know what’s BEST for you. After all, I’m 40 years old now and my career has spanned the 90’s, the 00’s, and now halfway through the 10’s.

I remember when Spinning first became popular with Johnny G. I was there when they rolled the first Stability Ball into gyms across America. I’ve been on the leading edge of now-popular movements to eliminate crunches, to cut workout time to just a few minutes each day, and of course, to help you just say NO to cardio.

I’ve seen it all in the fitness industry, good and (mostly) bad, which is why I created my own Personal Trainer Certification Course.

Watch my free video and discover what happened to me at age 4 that made me become a trainer.

New research is finally catching up with what I’ve been saying for decades. From the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research comes a new study proving that if you want to get fit and stronger at the same time, nothing beats metabolic resistance training circuits.

If you want to get really strong, you’ll need to use weights, but if you want to lose a LOT of belly fat and get back in shape, then bodyweight bootcamp circuits, like the one I taught last Friday morning at the TT Summit, are perfect. These are the BEST workouts for you if you only have 11 minutes or so to exercise. Here’s the best part of the TT Summit session. Enjoy!

The BEST 11-Minute No-Equipment Circuit Workout for You
1A) Total Body Extension – 40 seconds
1B) T-Pushup (alternate sides) – 40 seconds
1C) Prisoner Reverse Lunge – 40 seconds per side
1D) Cross-Body Mountain Climber (alternate sides) – 40 seconds
•    Rest 20 seconds between exercises and between sides.
•    Go through the circuit 2 times.

Oh, and if you have an extra 4-minutes and a masochistic side, then you will LOVE this 4-minute fat burner that you can do anytime, anywhere…
2) 40th Birthday Punisher Squat – 40 seconds squats + 20 second hold
•    Do 4 rounds.

Holy Bally! That one is super challenging, but a great Rite of Passage for those attending the TT Summit. Once we were finished with that it was group hugs and high fives! And then it was on to the rest of the weekend where we celebrated my birthday with dozens of Certified TT Trainers from all over the world and a delicious birthday cake from Diana Keuilian. What a weekend!

If you were there, thank you so much for being a part of it. Thank you for joining in our 10 Million Transformation – where TT Trainers, all over the world, are working to transform the lives of 10 million men and women.

We’d love to have you as part of the TT World and the TT Transformation force out sharing the good word about short bodyweight workouts that can save your friends and family a lot of time and money. If you’d like to learn more about a career as a personal trainer, watch my free video here.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being a part of the TT World and my 40th celebration. You rock. Oh, and I have one more present for you later this week…the 5 exercise ab circuit that followed the 40th Birthday Punisher. It was legendary…as you’ll see. Until then, it’s…

Time to transform the world,
