Of course, that’s not the only reason to do short, burst workouts instead of long, slow boring cardio exercise.
We all know that short, bursts of vigorous exercise leads to fat loss…
…while cardio doesn’t work…and sometimes causes weight gain.
Fighting hot flashes is just another reason to do intense exercise.
