Turbulence Training Success Story May 2011

Another amazing month of Turbulence Training success stories coming in from all around the world. And each month I read through the hundreds of pieces of mail and email that we get to choose our winners who receive a 1-year Platinum TT Membership.

This month, we’re giving away a Platinum Membership (worth $197) to one guy and one gal. Thanks to Randy and Kylie for their powerful stories that will serve to inspire and motivate us all. Looking forward to their continued success.

Success Story of the Month Winner #1 – Randy

“Hi Craig, just wanted to say thanks. I purchased the Turbulence Training program a little over a month ago on April 19th.

I didn’t weigh myself when I started, but looking back in my notes, I found that on Jan. 1 of this year I weighed 248.5 lbs, so I think i was around that weight when I started your Turbulence Training program.  I did the introductory level workout first for two weeks, and entered the 12th Transformation Contest on May 1st.

On May 1st I weighed 238 lbs. I started the transformation contest but I came down with strep throat in the middle of May, and took some time off from working out to recover. I decided to restart the contest on May 19th. On may 19th I weighed 231 lbs.

Last night, I weighed myself again, and found that I am now 226.5 lbs. So since starting Turbulence training, I have lost about 22lbs, and 12 of the pounds have been since May 1st.

I’m excited about the results I am getting and I am looking forward too seeing my results after the 12 week transformation contest is done. I’m setting a new goal, by the end of the year I’d like to be 198.5 lbs, for a total of 50 lbs of fat loss in 2011. Just wanted to say thanks for a great program, I’m glad I purchased it.” – Randy Engler

And now, representing all the ladies, is Kylie from Sydney, Australia.

Hi Craig and crew, I am four weeks into my turbulence training schedule and I have to say that I think I have finally found the right balance of nutrition and exercise for me!!!

I have tried other training methods (upper body days lower body days etc) with some success but not total satisfaction.  I found that I didn’t enjoy training as much as I do with the Turbulence Training program. When I downloaded the turbulence training package I was excited to know that not only will I be performing exercises that will help me with my goals but also they will be varied and keep me challenged….indefinitely.

The problem I found with other programs was they give you a 12 week goal, one set of exercises and nutrition (sometimes) to follow and that’s it.  With TT I know that when I finish this four week program I can start on another program that will challenge and keep me interested!!

The HIIT portion is fun and challenging and doesn’t take up all my time but most of all I feel great each day knowing I have put in a great workout.

I have adopted the Eat Stop Eat program as well fasting 1 to 2 times per week.  Previously I would have a cheat day and feel terrible the next day but now I know I can balance my cheat days with my fasting days and with good nutrition in between I think I’ve got this thing sorted!  I used to believe that I had to eat 3 to 4 hourly every day but now am not as strict with that (yay) and my life seems a lot easier.

I have lost 3kg in the last 4 weeks and am now happy with my weight and now want to increase my muscle mass.  I now weigh 54kg  and still want to lose body fat but want to increase muscle mass first as I think I will end up looking scrawny instead of lean and strong. Wish me luck!!
