I sure wish I had this cookbook in college when I was 20 years old and cooking (poorly!) for myself. Back then my big workouts sure did work up a fat-burning appetite.

Fortunately, you and I now have the free recipes to enjoy, and I’m still doing my classic workout that burn fat and build muscle at the same time, like this one that I did before my trip to Europe:

1A) Dumbbell Press – 8 repetitions
1B) Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise – 12 repetitions

2A) Pullup – As many reps as possible (AMRAP)
2B) DB Incline Press – 8 reps

3A) Parallel Bar Dips (NOT bench dips => bad for your shoulder!) – AMRAP
3B) Chin-ups – AMRAP

– Do exercise at a 2-0-1 pace, lowering the weight for 2 seconds and pressing back up in 1 second.
– Do not rest between exercises A & B, but rest 60 seconds before repeating each superset two more times.
