How to Cure Weak Body Parts

Yesterday morning, with my legs still wobbly from an intense bodyweight circuit workout performed in my hotel room, I saw North Carolina’s Blue Ridge mountains for the last time.

(More details about that intense bodyweight circuit soon. It’s now 24-hours later and my legs are still feeling it. Amazing.) But just as yesterday was my last chance to enjoy Asheville, today is your last chance to get Flavia’s program and the cure for a flat butt.

Cure for a weak butt

When I need to cure a weak body part, I’d use a template like this.

Workout 1:
Start the workout with 3 sets of 8 reps of the best exercise for that body part. Add in a couple of total-body MRT supersets and you’re done.

Workout 2:
Start the workout with 4 sets of 10 reps with an effective, but less difficult exercise for that body part. Add a round of MRT, some bodyweight finishers, and some torso training.

Workout 3:
Start the workout with 3 sets of 12 reps using a unilateral (single limb) exercise that targets that body part. Follow that with an MRT circuit and optional “Meathead Arms” superset, and you’re done.

Follow that for 4 weeks, switching exercise every 4 weeks.

Presto. weak body part CURED.

(Results may vary. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping and handling not included.)
