HORRIBLE 4-Minute Ab Routine to Burn Belly Flab

What a HORRIBLE way for an amazing weekend to start.

It was a beautiful Thursday evening in Denver. A few members of my family had flown into town to join us for our Toys for Tots shopping event. We were walking to dinner when my mom tripped over the uneven sidewalk and fell to the concrete.

“Oh no,” I thought as we rushed to her side, “She’s broken her arm.”

Remarkably, there were no broken bones, only a slightly bloodied nose and a bump on her forehead.

“I’m alright,” she said, dusting herself off with typical German stubbornness and waving away any concern, “I’ve got strong bones. My doctor said so.”

She refused to let anyone make a fuss. She proved she’s even more hardheaded (literally!) than I am, and she’s not a big fan of hospitals anyways.

(One time when I was a kid, about nine years old, I broke my arm after falling off my bicycle. She didn’t think that anything was wrong with me, and so she didn’t end up taking me to the hospital to until the next day! )

Fortunately, while the next 24 hours were stressful, aside from sore ribs, Mom seemed to be okay. And she was almost 100% on Saturday morning for our Toys for Tots shopping trip.

The day went even better than hoped. Collectively, our group of 75 fitness experts, friends, and family (like Vince & Flavia Delmonte, Bedros & Diana Keuilian, Josh & Joel from BioTrust, Shaun & Karen Hadsall, and Daniel Woodrum) were able to purchase over 3,537 toys for the Marines Toys for Tots drive.

We couldn’t have done it without you being a happy client and faithful reader. Thank you for your support. You’ve saved a child’s Christmas.
