Crazy Workout Inside

Ok, if you weren’t mad at me yesterday, you’re definitely going to be mad at me today. You might even be cursing my name… but in a good way.

You see, you’re getting 3 versions of an AMAZING workout today. I did the original version last Saturday morning in my garage gym on the farm. It left me gasping for air… but it also gave me the greatest “post-workout bliss” I’ve felt in months.

Now don’t be intimidated with this “Crazy Craig” workout…

… because you’ll also receive an easier no-equipment bodyweight version for all fitness levels down below.

I used a 53 pound kettlebell for all exercises, but most men should use a 35 pound kettlebell and women should start with an 18 pound kettlebell.

If you have NO kettlebell experience, use the bodyweight version instead. Enjoy!

Workout Guidelines:

  • There is no rest between exercises.
  • Rest 1-2 minutes between circuits.
  • You can complete up to 3 circuits in under 20 minutes.

Crazy Craig’s Kettlebell Workout

1A) KB Goblet Squat (20 reps) – hold the kettlebell in both hands at chest height
1B) KB Swing (20)
1C) 1-arm KB Row (10 per side)
1D) Forward lunge (10 per side, hold the kettlebell on same side as working leg)
1E) Elevated pushup (10 per side, put one hand up on the kettlebell)

NOTE: Lunges are an ADVANCED exercise. Please use split squats or 1-leg hip extensions. Watch my Youtube video here for proper exercise technique:

PS – Awesome advice from one of my crazy trainer mentors…

…and fellow Crazy Canadian… “Bobby Maximus.”

Here’s his killer quote:

“Each day that you wake up is a new opportunity for you. Each day is a blank slate for you to make your mark on. A lot of times people fall into the trap of feeling they have no control over their own destiny. You have complete control over your life and destiny but you have to take charge. It doesn’t matter what’s happened to you before today, you can always make changes now.

“The beauty of the future is that it is not set in stone. You can mold it’s shape into whatever you want it to be. When I started believing this and believing that every day was important, that every day was an opportunity, that every day was a day to win or lose, is when I started achieving all I had dreamed of.

“Make today your day. From now on make every day your day.”
