Controversial 10-Minute Workout

You’re about to get a controversial 10-minute workout video…

…but first, an even more controversial piece of advice from me.

Here’s the deal…

Last Friday night I was out for dinner at Celebration, Florida, a neat little “utopian” community near Disney.

As we sat around discussing my friend’s struggle to lose weight, I told him how the system was “rigged” against him.

Everywhere you turn in America we are bombarded with ads for pizza (with the crust filled with cheese, bacon, and hot dogs!), with bottles of high-sugary sodas and juices, and with so-called “healthy” energy bars that 300-calories and just make you hungry for more.

The bottom line is that…

Losing fat is a game between you and the outside world.

Everyone, from family to friends to co-workers to restaurant owners to TV advertisers, is scheming against you to make you eat more and exercise less.

Like it or not, it’s true.

They might not be doing it on purpose, or with bad intentions, but they are happier when you are fed, full, and flat out on the couch.

The solution…

You must always know your options. You must have Plans A, B, C, D, and E. You must be prepared to counter-attack.

When they say pizza buffet for lunch, you say meat-and-veggies Burrito Bowl instead.

When they say take-out, you say, “I’ve already prepared my lunch”.

When they say, “Happy Hour”, you say, “Workout first.”

It also helps to surround yourself with people who are fitter and healthier than you.

Now I know that’s tough…

So many of us are surrounded with folks that hate exercise and healthy eating.

That’s why we’ve created so many workout videos for you…

…so that you can ‘surround’ yourself with good people through your computer.

For example, watch today’s free workout video here

It’s a little controversial as you can see from the ratings…
