But as the day goes on, our daily decisions use up our limited amount of willpower, and when it comes time for us to make dinner … and we’re a little hungry… our willpower deserts us when we need it the most.
And that’s why we breakdown and skip our post-work exercise session and why we have those afternoon cookies… and that extra glass of wine at night… and then sometimes more cookies!
Listen, it’s not your fault.

So we have to work around that…
Here are the 3 best fat burning rituals to do in the morning to boost weight loss:
#1 – Do your short, burst TT workouts BEFORE life gets in the way.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a busy parent or if you have a really busy job, chances are that something is going to come up at 4pm or 5pm that gets in the way of your workout at night.
So make morning exercise into a daily ritual.
Get your day off to a guilt-free start so that you’re burning fat 24/7.
#2 – Make your first meal your best meal.
Don’t eat dessert for breakfast. Skip the muffins, Pop Tarts, and even cereals (they often have more sugar than a soda!).
Eat protein and whole, natural fruits and vegetables (but skip the high-sugar, low-fiber juices). For example, I often have scrambled eggs, a side of steamed spinach (with olive oil), and pineapple or an apple. That keeps me full for four hours.
A great breakfast also gives you a secret fat-burning boost called “The Second Meal Effect.” When you eat a high-protein, high-fiber breakfast, you’ll be less hungry at lunch and dinner… all while burning off more calories from the protein and fiber.
That’s a TRIPLE-whammy for losing belly fat.
#3 – Get up a few minutes earlier and use these 3 essential success secrets.
If you get up 5-15 minutes before everyone else, you’ll have to time to PLAN your day, to VISUALIZE success, and to OVERCOME the obstacles in your way.
So sneak out of bed before the hubby, wifey, dog, & kiddos get up, so that you OWN your mornings and WIN your day.
This last little secret makes a HUGE difference in your success. You’ll be AHEAD of the game, rather than always trying to catch up.
