4-Minute Sexy Abs Circuit

Hey, welcome to a very special Abs Week here at TT. Each day I’m going to give you a new workout, diet plan, or set of exercises that will help you lose belly fat and reveal your flat stomach just in time for summer.

Let’s get started with a 4-Minute routine from my friend Andrew Raposo, the belly-fat busting genius behind the hottest torso training program in the world, Fighter Abs 2.0.

I did this circuit workout last Thursday morning in my garage gym up on the farm and wow-oh-wow were my 6-pack abs looking and feeling great the next day. This workout is perfect for weekends when you’re going to the beach or a big event.

4-Minute Sexy Abs Circuit

1A) Ab Wheel or Stability Ball Rollout – 45 seconds (take 3 seconds to roll out slow)
1B) Cross-Body Mountain Climbers – 45 seconds
1C) Side Plank – 45 seconds per side
1D) Rocking Plank – 45 seconds
– Rest 15 seconds between exercises. Go through 2 – 3 times if you are advanced.

When you roll out slow, you stretch your abs and force a powerful return contraction. This will lead to soreness the next day, so don’t do anything that will make you laugh hard, like watching Will Ferrell movies or hanging around goofy friends like ol’ Bally the Dog (he never fails to do something silly).

Here’s how you’ll use this 4-minute circuit. Just add it to the end of any workout you have from me. You can do this TWICE per week. No more. That’s it. That’s how powerful it is. Andrew knows best for your abs.

Combine my short workouts with Andrew’s Fighter Abs program and you’ll be rocking your Best. Body. Ever. this summer.

What kind of results should you expect? Just listen to this feedback.

“Hi Craig, I just started the 6 minutes to skinny two weeks ago and wanted to let you know I love it!! I had been doing a lot of walking and drinking protein shakes but after starting your 4 minutes work out and adding the banana to my shake I feel so much better all day. Love everything so far including your customer service which is awesome. Thanks.” – Brenda

“I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. Yesterday after completing the first video I noticed an even more defined shape in my body by the afternoon. I was really impressed. I felt pumped and energized all day long. Thumbs up so far :)” – Mandy, from Australia

“Thanks for the workout. I had to go to work at 4:30am and drive for 10 hours. I did your workout at 2:50am and then did it again after I got home at 6:30pm. Thanks for providing short, intense workouts I can do on days like today! Looking forward to doing this one early tomorrow morning before hitting the road again!” – Julie

“Thanks for all your free information. I am enjoying your workouts on youtube and will buy your DVDs at a later date. I have ditched my gym membership and enjoy the routines. Thanks a lot.” – Steve Green

“Thank you for the encouragement! I am a walking time bomb for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. So, a year ago, I decided to get healthy. I’ve lost 50 pounds but have plateaued and am struggling now. I bought your Metabolic Kickstarter program and am on Week 2. I enjoy the exercises and recommend the program highly and I REALLY appreciate your motivational posts.” – Donna Marsh

And two days after I encouraged Donna on FB, she replied…

“Thanks so much for your motivation. You replied to my comment and encouraged me to stay strong because I was wavering. I hung in there with that boost. Proud to say, with your program, I’ve lost 3 pounds since Monday! I had been on a plateau for several weeks and was discouraged. You’ve given me a new spark. THANK YOU!!!” – Donna Marsh
