I think Paul raises some very valid points and it certainly got me thinking. I know I struggled building web sites with everything from Dreamweaver to an online thing called SBI until I came across XSitePro and I haven't looked back since. It took a little while for me to go through the tutorial (I'm not a technical whiz), but over the last few months I've REALLY grown in confidence and am now creating some very professional sites and I can testify as to what a great feeling that is.
