Each of us has a unique set of strengths that we need to discover and then develop into our Strength Zone. If we don&#039;t do this then we will never reach our full potential and instead will resign ourselfs to a life of mediocrity.

		<description>Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was a setting that was set to &#039;on&#039;, but I&#039;ve disabled it so now the videos won&#039;t play on the page load anymore.

		<description>Lately, ETR has begun the annoying habit of auto-playing youtube feeds.  I have to remind myself to mute my volume before going to the site.  Because I like to read the site from the top down, it doesn&#039;t make sense that as soon as you go to the page, it starts talking to you (and you have to scroll down to find the section that is talking to you).  ETR is usually the site reminding us to test, test, test usability before implementing, but this bug/annoyance is on its second week now.  Let&#039;s hope they fix this soon.</description>
