I have to remind myself to mute my volume before going to the site. Because I like to read the site from the top down, it doesn't make sense that as soon as you go to the page, it starts talking to you (and you have to scroll down to find the section that is talking to you). ETR is usually the site reminding us to test, test, test usability before implementing, but this bug/annoyance is on its second week now. Let's hope they fix this soon.
