		<description>On my computer the video only worked for 2- 3 second blurbs followed by roughly 30 seconnds or so of silence. I have  a relatively new system, where video usually isnt a problem. I hope this helps you work out the bugs. I have purchased Bob Blys book and found his advise useful to my business. I am sure he had something good to say.I could not get the video to work.

This was outstanding.  I am making a commitment to use it every time someone asks me that question.  I really beieve that a side benefit of the techniques is engaging people at a much deeper level.  When we ask them what they do, they will be compelled to discover what it is that they really do?</description>
