Bob,
This was outstanding. I am making a commitment to use it every time someone asks me that question. I really beieve that a side benefit of the techniques is engaging people at a much deeper level. When we ask them what they do, they will be compelled to discover what it is that they really do?
On my computer the video only worked for 2- 3 second blurbs followed by roughly 30 seconnds or so of silence. I have a relatively new system, where video usually isnt a problem. I hope this helps you work out the bugs. I have purchased Bob Blys book and found his advise useful to my business. I am sure he had something good to say.I could not get the video to work.
