Often in our Tuesday night and Saturday training sessions, we are reminded to turn off the TV and the “radio”. Not only do we gain the extra time to devote to our business’s but we have an added plus to this “NO NO”. We do not subject ourselves to the negative and often very disturbing news (is it really new) that would bombbard us continualy. Generally don’t even read print material.
