Do you have a course for investing in Self-storage? I did not see any in th ear-to-rise. Right now I’m looking at a $3M self-storage complex for sale. I need your help. I am not your student yet, but I will be. We are living in Southern California, and this one is about 3 hours away from us. The complex is a brand new, it was built in 2007. The builder/ownere is ready to finance it too. We donot have a fund. I’m going by what you had in the Golden Pond. Whatever you chare for consulting fee, we’ll pay if we get it with your adice.
