Now here’s the deal with today’s workout.

Since it’s July 4th and holiday season, you probably have a lot planned tonight.

So you MUST do this workout this morning before the world gets in your way.

Missi’s 10-Minute Morning Fat Burner
1A) DB Goblet Squat
1B) DB 1-Arm Row (30 seconds per side)
1C) DB 1-Arm Chest Press on Ball (alternating sides)
1D) Split Squat (30 seconds per side)

  • Do each exercise for 30 seconds.
  • Rest for 30 seconds between exercises.
  • If you are advanced, do each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between exercises.
  • Go through the circuit 2 times for a 10 minute fat burner workout.

Have 2 minutes more?

Do 2 sets of Cross-Body Mountain Climbers (one of Missi’s favorites for abs) to finish.
