10-Minute Bodyweight Challenge Workout

Hey, quick survey for you today.

Just answer YES or NO to each question.

  1. I like to waste time.
  2. I like spending $30 a month on a gym membership I never use.
  3. I can stick with an exercise program that requires me to exercise for 60 minutes, six (or seven) days a week.

If you answered NO to two or more questions, then you’re going to love today’s update. Here’s why.

A new study from England and Australia found that 35% of people on a cardio program QUIT within a few weeks.

The same study found that doing just a few minutes of short, burst exercise was enough to burn off many inches of belly fat.

And even better, the short workout programs was twice as easy to stick with.

And you get better fat burning results in LESS than half the time with interval training.

Just more research that shows you can give up cardio for good.

Still not convinced?

Well, I wrote an entire new book with about 101 reasons why you should give up cardio for good.

Now let’s give you a couple of workout ideas to burn off the weekend calories.

These are FUN, fast, and effective bodyweight workouts that give you the same fat-burning, fitness boosting results as traditional interval training done on a bike.

Here’s workout #1:

The Hotel Room 10-Minute Challenge

This is one of my go-to workouts when I’m on the road and only have 10 minutes to exercise in my hotel room.

1A) TBX – 60 seconds
1B) Pushups – 30 seconds

Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.

(Use kneeling pushups or hold a Plank Pushup if regular pushups are too hard.)

Alright, next workout…

The 10-Minute Home Fat Burner Circuit

This one has more variety and doesn’t require you to be mouse-quiet, like I have to be in my hotel rooms.

1A) Jumping Jacks – 60-seconds
1B) Mountain Climber – 60 seconds
1C) Total Body Extension – 60 seconds
1D) Close-Grip Pushups – 30 seconds
1E) Prisoner Squat – 60 seconds
1F) Burpees (or Run-in-Place) – 30 seconds

Repeat the circuit one more time with NO rest for a 10-minute challenge.

Finally, here’s my legendary Bodyweight 500 Workout.

It’s much longer than 10 minutes… however, it’s an awesome challenge… perfect for Thanksgiving morning, too! Enjoy.
